SAMPLE · NOT A REAL COMPANY

This is the page you hand your lawyer.

One cycle, one page, exportable as PDF or JSON. Every row is chained to the one before it, so the document can be checked by someone who does not trust us. The numbers below are invented. The shape is exactly what you get.

Deleted and Exempted determinations on this page were made by Northgate Data Partners, LLC. DropDue records determinations and files what was confirmed; it does not make legal judgments about deletion or exemption. Exemption reasons are kept in the customer’s audit record and are not submitted to the CPPA.

DropDue is not affiliated with the California Privacy Protection Agency. This document is a record, not legal advice.

Shown at print size, 8.5 by 11 inches. Scroll sideways on a narrow screen rather than reading a reflowed version of a document that does not reflow.

What it answers

  • Did you actually pull the DROP list, and which version.
  • How many of your records matched, and by what method.
  • Who confirmed each determination, and at what minute.
  • When the status file went in, and when California acknowledged it.

Why the digest is there

A PDF anyone can edit proves nothing. Each event is hashed together with the hash of the event before it, so changing one line changes every digest after it. Paste the closing digest into the verifier and it either recomputes or it does not.

Every tier that runs a cycle produces this, starting at Self-serve.
